REFUND POLICY
- We gladly accept returns and exchanges subject to the following conditions:
- To return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and let us know the reason for the return.
- After accepting the return policy, send the item back within: 30 days from the date of delivery
- We do not offer refunds for digital downloads, electronic goods and pdf patterns.
- Custom-made products will not be accepted for return.
- We do not accept cancellations of orders.
-You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition.
- We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- The package must be sent back via UPS.

You can either return your bag by dropping it off at a DHL or UPS pick-up location, or by scheduling an appointment when the courier picks up your package.

You will be refunded within 15 days of receiving your returned package. We will let you know by email.

The order amount is returned to the original payment method.
